Take the very young and tender leaves of water spinach. Wash yourself thoroughly with clean water. Place the cherries in a colander for 10 minutes. Chop all stems and leaves off. Heat oil in a pan and reduce the heat when hot. Fry the red chillies until they turn brown. Then add the refined oil and stir-fry for few seconds. Throw in a bit of water spinach, sugar and salt.
